Qualification and Experience

  • Graduate or an MBA from premium institute with 12- 15 years of experience in retail or property management field.
  • Strong team management skills with good strategic knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for P&L and operations of the Center.
  • Accountable for all business indices of the unit – tactical, strategic, statutory compliances and SOP.
  • Responsible to manage the CAM Bank account.
  • Strong relationship with the retailers.
  • Responsible for ensuring that all safety and security regulations and by-laws are adhered to.

Financial Analyst

Position - 1

Location - Mumbai

Qualification and Experience

  • MBA Finance with 2-4 years of relevant experience post MBA.
  • Should have excellent financial analytical skills.
  • Strong in spoken and written communication with hands on experience in MS- Office especially Excel.
  • Experience in fund houses/corporate finance, investment banking firm would be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
  • Developing budgets, business plan, financial models within stated deadlines.
  • Monthly analysis of achievement as per the business plan, identify root cause for under/over achievement of the plan.
  • Work closely with the unit finance team and ensure the corrective steps are implemented for the under achieved malls.
  • Analyze agreements – Commercial and Contractual terms.

Qualification and Experience

  • MBA Finance with 8-12 years of relevant experience post MBA

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve Center budget (Cash flow management) EBITDA and Consumption of Center
  • Collection for Retailer and Developer Collection
  • Reports & MIS Adherence to Schedule (Monthly reports - 10th of every month.
  • Compliances Co-ordinate with legal team to close agreement for store operations without one
  • Audits Score achieved in various Audits (legal, Internal Audit, Process Audit etc.) –negative remarks to be less than 15% of total remarks

  • This role involves coordination with Consultants and PMC Involve in preparation of drawing from start to finish of the project ensuring high quality details for Schematic and working drawing stage in the guidance of Project Lead.
